Itinerary
You will be met by our representative at the Airport Arrival Terminal. Our representative will be holding a signage card with your Name written on it. You will then be escorted to waiting vehicle for transfer to hotel.
- Transfer to Dubai Mall, one of the largest malls in the world and home to over 1200 stores. Later proceed to the Top of Burj Khalifa, World's Tallest Tower. Burj Khalifa visit begins in the reception area on the lower ground level of The Dubai Mall. Here and throughout your journey, you will be entertained and informed by a multi-media presentation that chronicles Dubai's exotic history and the fascinating story of Burj Khalifa. Begin your vertical ascent to the observation deck in a high-speed elevator, travelling at 10 metres per second. As the doors open on the 124th Floor, oor-to-ceiling glass walls provide a breath-taking unobstructed 360-degree view of the city, desert & ocean. Spend half an hour at the top and then come down, and at 7 pm watch the Dubai Fountains come alive. There is a 10 minute show every 20 minutes and its lovely to watch the largest fountain in the world.
- Proceed for a panoramic half day city tour of Dubai. The tour will pass by Gold Souk, old Bur Dubai including Al Seef, Bastakiya, Meena Bazar, as per the last pickup location of the hotel. There will be a 15-minute photo stop at Dubai Frame and Zabeel Palace ( Zabeel Palace may be skipped in case of shortage of time). The tour will also pass by Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Sheikh Zayed Road. A 20 minute photo stop will be made at either Jumeirah Open Beach or Burj Al Arab beach, followed by a pass by the front view of Burj Al Arab. Another 20-minute photo stop will be made at Palm Jumeriah Island, speci cally Atlantis the Pointe, or guests can opt for a 30-45 minute ride on the One Way Mono Rail from Gateway or Nakheel Station. The tour will then pass by Ski Dubai at Mall of the Emirates before heading towards old Dubai from Sheikh Zayed Road. Guests will be dropped off at their hotels according to the route, with the last drop-off expected between 1400-1500 hours, depending on the number of hotels and tra c conditions.
Note:
- Pickup time is 8 am - 9 am and waiting time will be 5 minutes at Hotel Lobby [calls to room will not be made]. Final pickup time to be informed one day prior to tour.
- In case of shortage of time, Zabeel palace may be skipped, and there will be no reimbursement for the same. All points are photo shop only, no tickets are included, and no waiting time for visit is included for SIC.
- The Museum of the future is as unique as it sounds and offers the visitors extraordinary sensory and visual experiences while being educational. The best part about this place is that unlike other museums, you do not have to be cautious about what you touch. On the other hand, this is an interactive museum and the more you touch and engage with the exhibits, the more fun you would have.
- A daily evening two hour cruise along the man made Dubai Marina for sightseeing of luxurious and modern landmarks which have soured Dubai in the shape of sky touching towers for residential and commercial purpose over the past decade. This cruise is also accompanied by complimentary International Buffet dinner from a ve star hotel, soft drinks, mineral water & live entertainment - tanoura dance show. The dhows are fully insured, safety tted and fully air-conditioned for your safety and enjoyment. Ladies and gents washrooms as well as an open air upper deck are also part of the dhow structure. You can not miss these dhows and you nd them elegantly gliding the Marina Promenade and into the open sea where the splendid Palm Island oats in front of you.
Note:
For children below 4 years, the entry is free. Ticket for them will be issued at the Museum of Future counter only (no online ticket available). A valid ID card will be required to issue the free infant ticket. If no ID is presented, a full price ticket will have to be purchased for entry of the child.
- Get lost in a one-of-a-kind world of wonderment at Dubai Miracle Garden. Located in Al Barsha South, the park is home to the world’s biggest ower garden with over 45 million blooming owers across 72,000 square metres showcased in a variety of immense sculptures and designs. Feast your eyes on blooming pyramids, stars, igloos, and hearts. Marvel at the record-breaking wall of owers, or take a stroll under a ceiling of colorful umbrellas. Bursting with vibrant displays, the park feels more like an immersive art exhibit than a tourist attraction. You’ll leave knowing you’ve truly witnessed a miracle: a mega garden in the middle of a desert.
- Proceed for Global Village in the afternoon. Global Village is the largest seasonal cultural extravaganza in the region that offers visitors an amazing array of festivals, shopping and entertainment in an open-air theme park. This entertainment and shopping destination is open from November through to April and hosts over 70 participating countries presented in over 36 pavilions, with more than 50 fun rides and 26 restaurants offering food from around the world.
Note:
- Cars, Balls, Scooters, Bicycles, Hoverboards, Pets are not allowed inside the garden.
- The use of professional cameras and drones is not allowed inside the garden.
- Please bring a valid Photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
- Animals or pets are not allowed inside Global Village.
You will be picked up from Hotel's lobby at the time con rmed. Please be available at the lobby 15 minutes before the time given and you will be transferred to the airport for your ight.

General
1. Carrying alcohol in vehicle or while on tour is not allowed. There is heavy ne of AED 50,000 if caught.
2. It is recommended to buy a SIM card with data before coming out of airport in Dubai. This will help you to get in touch with drivers easily as WhatsApp calls do not work in Dubai
3. Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
4. For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
5. We reserve the right to issue a full refund in case we believe that we are unable to ful l the services for any technical reasons. 6. Please make sure that the passport of all guests travelling is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
7. We can only facilitate the visa application for the travelling passengers. Granting of visa is solely at the discretion of Embassy. If visa is rejected or delayed by the Embassy for any reason then we are not liable to give any refund and respective cancellation policies will apply.
Tours and Transfers
1. Vehicle provided is based on the number of people travelling. Extra charges will be applicable if additional vehicles (or vehicle with bigger capacity) are required due to travellers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
2. If the stay is outside city area, there will be extra charges applicable for both private and shared transfers. These charges have to be paid directly before boarding the vehicle.
3. Private Transfers doesn't imply that the Vehicle is on Disposal. The vehicle will only pick you and drop you at the attraction at speci ed timings. Maximum waiting time in private tours/transfers is 15 minutes from the time of pickup. If you are not found at the pickup point within time, it will be considered a No Show.
4. Seat in coach (SIC) transfers implies that transfers will be in a shared bus which will have other co passengers. You are requested to be at the place of pick up / hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before pickup time. Sometime you may have to wait for a period of about 30-45 minutes depending upon tra c, location of the hotel on the route and picking up of other guests.
5. The pickup timings for shared (SIC) transfers are subject to change (prepone or postpone) based on your hotel location and the route of the pickup vehicle. Any change will be intimated by message on Telegram app.
6. Maximum waiting time in shared (SIC) pickups is 5 minutes. The guide/driver will look for you in the lobby, concierge area or call the hotel room. If no answer is received from room, the guide/driver will leave after waiting for 5 minutes and it will be considered a No Show.
7. For pickup and drop to residential area, pickup can only be done in private vehicle and there will be extra surcharge applicable payable directly at the time of pickup.
8. If you are traveling with elderly people or infants or pregnant women, then Desert Safari is not advisable for you. You can opt for desert safari without dune bashing in that case.
9. All tours and transfers are on SIC (Seat in Coach basis) unless converted to Private. Tours may include multiple pickup points (4-5 hotels) for other passengers.
10. If you staying in a hotel located in Deira, for most of the shared tours/transfers, you may be one of the rst to be picked and last to be dropped. Thus it is recommended to upgrade to private transfers.
11. In case you are opting for Dhow Cruise or Desert Safari with Dinner, the food quality on the Cruise or Desert Safari may not be good and you may not like it.
12. While visiting Abu Dhabi Grand Mosque all travelers need to follow dress code. Long, loose tting, ankle length trousers or skirts for women and men. Women must wear a headscarf.
13. For any change in pickup timing of private tours/transfers, request has to be made at least 24 hours in advance in the Telegram app. Any request for last minute changes would not be considered.
14. The cost and ticket issued for various attractions with regards to any children travelling are based on the age provided at the time of creating the package quote. If the service provider decide to charge extra cost based on the height of the children or wrong information as per Passport, then the cost has to be borne by the customer on site.
Hotel
1. Tourism Dirham Fee is 10 AED (3*), 15 AED (4*) and 20 AED (5*) per room per night which needs to be paid at time of check-in or check-out (as per hotel policy).
2. Check-in time in Dubai is 3 pm. You may need to wait if you reach early as early check-in is not guaranteed.
3. Room sizes in following hotels are small e.g. City Max (215 sq ft), Howard Johnson (260 sq ft), City Season Towers (240 sq ft). Opt for apartments or 4 star hotels to get larger rooms.
4. All Dubai Hotels charge Tourism Fee in AED, which needs to be paid at the time of check-in or check-out from the hotel
5. At the time of check-in to your hotel, hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).
